We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist (Inbound Sales) to be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in Tagrit ERP. You will manage leads from our marketing campaigns, schedule demos, follow up with prospects, and guide them through the decision-making process until they are ready to implement the system. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, great organization, and a passion for helping businesses succeed through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- ✔Handle inbound leads from social media campaigns, emails, and website inquiries.
- ✔Engage prospects via calls, chats, and emails to understand their business needs.
- ✔Schedule demos for the implementation team, coordinating suitable times between clients and team members using a structured calendar.
- ✔Attend demos (when needed) to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- ✔Follow up with prospects after demos to answer questions, address objections, and close deals.
- ✔Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- ✔Handover confirmed clients to the implementation team for setup and onboarding.
- ✔Track and report lead conversion rates and client engagement metrics.
- ✔Collaborate closely with the marketing and implementation teams to improve customer journey and feedback loops.
Qualifications & Skills
- ✔Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- ✔Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ✔Strong customer service orientation with persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- ✔Good time management and organizational skills.
- ✔Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, email, Google Calendar, etc.).
- ✔A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn about ERP systems.
