We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Support & Implementation Engineer Intern to join our Tagrit ERP team. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, working with clients, and bringing technology to life through real business implementations. You will play a key role in helping our customers set up and use the Tagrit ERP system — from onboarding, system configuration, to ongoing technical support. You’ll also collaborate with our development and technical teams to ensure every client’s setup is optimized
for their unique business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct product demos for prospective clients and showcase how Tagrit ERP fits their needs.
  2. Manage system implementation for new customers — including company setup, user creation, permissions, and module activation.
  3. Customize ERP modules (basic configurations like logos, naming series, company data, print formats, etc.) based on client requirements.
  4. Provide training sessions to new users, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively.
  5. Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation.
  6. Work closely with the software development and technical teams, and escalate issues requiring customization or advanced configurations.
  7. Document client requirements, feedback, and training progress for internal tracking.
  8. Ensure smooth handover between implementation and support phases.

🎓Qualifications & Skills

  1. ✔Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  2. ✔Basic understanding of ERP systems, databases, and business workflows.
  3. ✔Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. ✔ Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  5. ✔Passion for helping others and explaining technical concepts clearly.
  6. ✔Familiarity with Frappe/ERPNext framework is an added advantage.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist (Inbound Sales) to be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in Tagrit ERP. You will manage leads from our marketing campaigns, schedule demos, follow up with prospects, and guide them through the decision-making process until they are ready to implement the system. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, great organization, and a passion for helping businesses succeed through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ✔Handle inbound leads from social media campaigns, emails, and website inquiries.
  2. ✔Engage prospects via calls, chats, and emails to understand their business needs.
  3. ✔Schedule demos for the implementation team, coordinating suitable times between clients and team members using a structured calendar.
  4. ✔Attend demos (when needed) to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
  5. ✔Follow up with prospects after demos to answer questions, address objections, and close deals.
  6. ✔Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
  7. ✔Handover confirmed clients to the implementation team for setup and onboarding.
  8. ✔Track and report lead conversion rates and client engagement metrics.
  9. ✔Collaborate closely with the marketing and implementation teams to improve customer journey and feedback loops.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. ✔Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. ✔Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. ✔Strong customer service orientation with persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  4. ✔Good time management and organizational skills.
  5. ✔Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, email, Google Calendar, etc.).
  6. ✔A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn about ERP systems.
